What should I do if my washer won't operate at all?

First, make sure the washer is plugged securely into a working outlet and that both hot and cold water faucets are turned fully on. Check that the Cycle knob is pulled out to the ON position, the lid is closed, and verify that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped or a fuse hasn't blown. If the circuit breaker has tripped, reset it; the washer should have a separate outlet.
