What maintenance should I do yearly with my Genie 2128 opener?
Inspect chain/belt drive annually for excessive slack and realign if necessary. Lubricate door hardware, adjust Safe-T-Beam® alignment to prevent interference from sunlight, and test battery backup system (Page 25).
