How do I steam milk with my Gevi espresso machine?

Wait until the steam function indicator shows medium-speed (flashing), indicating the machine is ready for steaming. Then turn the knob to the steam icon to start steaming milk. When steaming is complete, turn the knob to stop releasing steam.
