What does it mean if both the espresso and steam function indicators are flashing rapidly?

If both the espresso and steam function indicators show high-speed flashing simultaneously, it means the BREWING ESPRESSO and MILK STEAMING buttons were pressed down at the same time. Restore both buttons to their initial state and turn the knob to the water icon to dispense water for about 10 seconds while placing a cup under the steam wand tip.
