What should I do if the tracker shows as always offline (grey) on the web platform?
First make sure the SIM card is subscribed to a GPRS service and has sufficient balance to access the internet. You can test the SIM card with a phone to verify internet access, and then check that the APN, username, password, IP, and port settings are all correctly configured on the tracker.
