Can I use either LATCH or vehicle seat belt installation, or do I need to pick one?
You must choose only one installation method. Both the vehicle seat belt and lower anchor attachment (LATCH) are equally safe to use, but you should INSTALL USING ONLY ONE METHOD. (Page 9)
