When should I stop using my Graco car seat and what safety warnings should I follow?

Stop using the car seat 10 years after the date of manufacture (check the label on the back of the seat). Never place a rear-facing car seat in a vehicle seating location with an active front airbag, as inflation can cause serious injury or death. After a crash, the car seat must be replaced and not used again, as hidden damage may have occurred.
