How should I clean and maintain the car seat?

Clean metal and plastic parts with mild soap and cool water (no bleach or detergents). Spot clean harness and LATCH straps without immersing in water. Clean buckle and harness adjuster with a damp cloth. Never lubricate the buckle. The seat cover can be machine washed in cold water on delicate cycle and air dried. Never use bleach on the cover.
