How do I prevent the stroller from tipping backward?

Always place the heaviest child or the heaviest child/car seat combination in the front seat. Always place the child or child/car seat in the front seat first and remove from the rear seat first. Placing weight only in the rear seat could cause the stroller to tip backwards. (Page 6)
