How do I recline the seats on the Duoglider?

For the rear seat, lift the wire and pull back to recline, or lift the wire and push the seat up to raise it. For the front seat, pull the tabs out and pull back to recline, or push the seat up to raise it. When making adjustments, ensure the child's head, arms, and legs are clear of moving seat parts and the stroller frame. (Page 19)
