What happens if a screw or bolt becomes loose?

Inspect crib regularly for any loose nuts or bolts, damaged hardware, broken parts, and sharp edges. Tighten all screws and fastening devices securely after assembly. Do not use the crib if it is damaged in any way (Page 5)
