How do I install the Extend2Fit in forward-facing position?

To install in forward-facing position, use either the LATCH system (for children 45 lb or less) or the vehicle seat belt. The car seat must be level with the bubble entirely under the blue lines on level ground. You can use the recline handle to adjust to one of 6 available recline positions. For forward-facing installation with the vehicle seat belt, do not use the top tether if planning aircraft use.
