How do I properly recline the infant restraint in the vehicle?

The red level line on the warning label must be level with the ground when using the infant restraint only. When using the base, use the level indicator on the side of the base - light blue indicates proper level for infants 0+ months, and light blue with dark blue indicates proper level for 3+ months. If red is showing, the restraint is not level and must be adjusted. (Page 69)
