How do I protect my vehicle seat when using the Graco 4Ever DLX car seat?

You can place a car seat mat, towel, or thin blanket under and behind the car seat to protect the vehicle seat. This is one of the few exceptions to using non-Graco accessories with the seat. Be sure the protective material does not interfere with the secure installation of the car seat. (Page 2)
