Is the Graco 4Ever DLX Grad approved for use on airplanes?

This car seat is certified for use in commercial aircraft when using the harness system and without using the lockoff, on forward-facing aircraft seats only. It is NOT certified for aircraft use when the lockoff is in use, in booster mode, or in seat belt trainer mode because aircraft do not have shoulder belts. Contact the airline for their specific policies. (Page 14)
