How do I adjust the head support and shoulder harness height?

Lift up the head support adjustment lever and simultaneously pull up or push down on the head support until it snaps into one of the 6 available positions. Whether in rear-facing or forward-facing mode, the shoulder harness height must be even with the child's shoulders. Always recheck harness height after placing the child in the seat. (Page 11)
