To clean the buckle, release it from its slot at the bottom by rotating metal retainer to side for easier removal. Soak buckle in warm water, agitate gently without fully submerging and press red button several times while submerged. Rinse, shake out excess water, air dry thoroughly before reattaching securely ensuring proper click when fastened.
