What should I do if parts are missing or broken on my Pack 'n Play?
Never use the product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints, broken parts, or torn mesh. Contact Graco at 1-800-345-4109 for replacement parts and instructions, and never substitute parts with non-Graco alternatives. (Page 3)
