What is the strangulation hazard warning about?

According to the manual (page 3), you should never suspend strings over the product or attach strings to toys, and do not place the product where there are cords like window blind cords, drapes, or phone cords. Also, never place items with strings around your child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords, as strings can cause strangulation.
