What should I do if my seat doesn't swing very high?

Check several factors: the control setting may be too low, a blanket hanging down may be causing increased wind resistance, the batteries may be too weak, the baby may be too heavy or too active (discontinue use if so), or you may have soft carpet (swings higher on hard floors). Adjust these settings as needed.
