How do I know if my child's harness is fitted correctly?

The harness must be snug against your child's body with the chest clip positioned at armpit level. You should not be able to pinch any excess webbing at the child's shoulder when the harness is properly tightened. (Page 1, Safety Information and Operating the Car Seat sections)
