How should I position the harness straps relative to my child's shoulders in rear-facing versus forward-facing mode?

In rear-facing mode, harness straps should be at or below your child's shoulders. In forward-facing mode, harness straps should be at or above your child's shoulders. (Page 1, Setup and Installation section)
