What should I do if the lowered storage basket is interfering with the brakes?

A lowered basket may lock the brakes, so use caution when the basket is in the lowered position. To raise the basket back up, simply lift it upward. The front swivel wheel also locks for use on uneven surfaces such as grass, stones, or gravel. (Page 17)
