How do I set up the Macro Power feature to turn two devices on or off simultaneously?

Press the desired device mode key (e.g. TV), then press and hold the POWER key, then press the second desired device mode key (e.g. SAT), and release POWER. The indicator flashes once if the setting is activated, and flashes twice if it is deactivated.
