Can I use an extension cord with the AirFryer Toaster Oven?

Extension cords may be used if care is exercised, but the electrical rating of the extension cord must be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. The longer cord should be arranged so it does not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it could be tripped over or pulled on by children. A short power-supply cord is provided with the unit to reduce the risks of entanglement or tripping. (Page 3)
