How should I clean the rail on the Handicare 1100?

Clean the rail regularly with a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush, and remove any dirt with a slightly damp cloth. Under no circumstances should you use cleaning products when cleaning the rail. Importantly, this is a friction drive system — do not apply lubricant or grease to the rail, as this will affect performance.
