What is Home Shield mode and how do I activate it?

Home Shield mode simulates occupancy by cycling lights on for 5-20 minutes and off for 60 minutes, repeating continuously. To activate it, press and hold the Light Control and Delay buttons for 3 seconds, and press any other button to discontinue the mode. (Page 1)
