What should I do if the humidifier is producing no mist from the spout?

Check if the unit is plugged in and turned on, verify the water level is adequate, and ensure the transducer/ultrasonic membrane has been cleaned. If the humidistat setting is lower than the current room humidity, reset it to a higher setting or change to continuous on mode. The water outlet valve may also need cleaning following the instructions in the How to Clean and Care section.
