What does the bAt Lo indicator mean?
The bAt Lo indicator flashes for one or two months before the batteries run out completely, alerting you to replace the batteries as soon as possible. Eventually, the indicator stops flashing and bAt Lo stays on without flashing, indicating the thermostat and heating/cooling system have stopped working when batteries are almost completely dead. After batteries are completely dead, the indicator disappears entirely, leaving a blank display.
