How do I permanently override the program schedule to hold one temperature?

Press the HOLD button to permanently override the program schedule and set a single temperature manually. The held temperature will be maintained 24 hours a day until you manually change it or press RUN SCHEDULE to cancel the hold and return to the programmed schedule. This feature effectively turns off the program schedule entirely. (Page 13)
