The touchscreen is blank - how do I fix this?
A blank display usually indicates a battery issue. Ensure that fresh AA alkaline batteries are properly installed in the thermostat. If the problem persists after checking the batteries, contact Honeywell Customer Care at 1-800-468-1502.
