Why is my thermostat showing an inaccurate temperature reading?
Inaccurate readings often result from the thermostat being exposed to direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources like lamps or appliances that interfere with the temperature sensor. Move the thermostat away from these influences to restore accurate temperature readings.
