When should I replace the batteries in my T4 Pro thermostat?

You should install fresh batteries immediately when the low battery icon appears, which shows up approximately two months before the batteries are depleted. Even if the icon does not appear, batteries should be replaced once a year or before leaving home for more than a month. Alkaline batteries are recommended for replacement. (Page 11)
