How do I set the heating and cooling temperatures on my Honeywell thermostat?

Use the temperature buttons to set your preferred temperature. For heating, acceptable range is 40°F to 90°F (4.5°C to 32°C). For cooling, acceptable range is 50°F to 99°F (10°C to 37°C). The heating and cooling temperatures must be at least 3 degrees apart. Make sure the heating temperature is set higher than the inside temperature and the cooling temperature is set lower than the inside temperature. (Pages 2-3, 5)
