How do I test communication with installed in-room devices using the e7w?

Enter Service Mode and press UP/DOWN arrow buttons to select 'PnG' (Ping), then press MODE. Use UP/DOWN arrows to select the target device address you want to ping, then press FAN to start the ping. The e7w will continuously send four read commands to display: Device Type Code, Major SW Version, Minor SW Version, and AGC Level of the pinged device. Press FC to stop pinging and exit Service Mode.
