What should I do if HP Click says a printer has an incompatible firmware version?
You need to update the printer's firmware to the latest version, as HP Click requires the latest printer firmware to work correctly. You can access firmware update options through the printer's Embedded Web Server by entering the printer's IP address in your web browser. (Page 22)
