What should I do if the printer software installation fails?
Remove the CD from the computer's CD/DVD drive and disconnect the USB cable from the computer, then restart the computer. Insert the printer software CD again and follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer software, making sure not to connect the USB cable until you are told to do so. After the installation finishes, restart the computer. (Page 2)
