How do I use Wi-Fi Direct to print without a router on the HP DeskJet 3630?

Press the Wi-Fi Direct button on the printer to turn on Wi-Fi Direct, then press the Wi-Fi Direct button and the Information button together to print a Wi-Fi Direct guide. Follow the instructions on that guide to connect your computer or mobile device to the printer and print as you normally would. Note that a Wi-Fi Direct connection does not provide Internet access.
