What should I do if my printer gives an 'ink cartridge problem' message?
Remove and reinstall suspected faulty ink cartridges. If this doesn’t work, try cleaning the contacts - hold the bottom of a cartridge with sides so electrical contacts are accessible and wipe cleanly with a dry swab (Page 59).
