What should I do if I cannot print after connecting the printer via USB?
Remove the CD from the CD/DVD drive and disconnect the USB cable from the computer, then restart the computer. Reinsert the printer software CD and follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall the software, making sure not to connect the USB cable until prompted. After installation finishes, restart the computer. (Page 3)
