How do I turn on or adjust the touchpad settings on the EliteBook 840 G11?

To adjust touchpad settings, select the Search icon in the taskbar, type 'touchpad settings' in the search box, and press Enter, then choose a setting. To turn on the touchpad, follow the same steps to reach the touchpad settings and click the Touchpad button; if not using an external mouse, press Tab repeatedly until the pointer rests on the touchpad button, then press the spacebar.
