How do I replace a hard drive in my HP EliteBook 9470m Notebook PC?

To remove and install a new hard drive, turn off the computer, disconnect power and external devices, then uninstall the battery. Take out the hard drive cover, loosen four captive screws securing the drive to the computer, pull up the release tab at the top, lift the drive out of its bay, fit in the replacement hard drive, align it correctly, secure with screws, and reinstall components (Page 41).
