How do I restore the network settings on the HP Envy 5000 if I can't connect to Wi-Fi?
From the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon, then touch Settings, and then touch Restore Network Settings. After restoring, reinstall the HP Smart app or printer software from 123.hp.com. (Page 1)
