How do I switch the HP Envy 5540 from a USB connection to a wireless connection on Windows?
Open the HP software on your Windows computer, select the printer name, then select Printer Setup & Software, and choose Convert a USB connected printer to wireless. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the conversion. Make sure the printer software has already been successfully installed before beginning. (Page 5)
