What is the correct procedure when installing a new ink cartridge?
When inserting a new ink cartridge, ensure it’s inserted horizontally rather than vertically and firmly press down on each side of the black tab until you hear a 'click' sound. Refer to pages explaining step-by-step instructions for insertion (Page 18).
