What does it mean when the error icon and a printhead icon flash at the same time on the control panel?

When the error icon and one or two printhead icons flash simultaneously, it indicates a problem with a printhead. If the left printhead icon is flashing, it relates to the tri-color printhead; if the right icon flashes, it relates to the black printhead.
