How do I safely replace the memory module in my HP 15 Notebook PC Dy2000?
Turn off the computer, disconnect power and remove battery. Remove the service door by loosening screws with a small Phillips screwdriver. Then open the display and use a tool to push on the back of the keyboard until it disengages from the computer. After this, pull the memory module out at a 45-degree angle (Page 30)
