What does it mean if the bottom light is blinking on the HP LaserJet 1200?
If the bottom light is blinking, you should check the toner cartridge for proper installation, put media in the input tray, make sure all doors are closed, or check for media jams. Addressing any one of these issues should resolve the blinking light.
