How do I clear a paper jam from the input tray?

To clear jams from the input tray, first turn off and unplug the printer. Carefully remove any bent or damaged sheets of paper from Tray 1 or the priority input tray. Then, gently pull out any remaining pieces of paper behind or under other media in the trays. Make sure to straighten jammed papers before reloading them into the tray (Page 59).
