How do I set up multi-page copies in manual mode?

Press Copy Menu button, navigate to Multi-Page Copy option and set it to 'On'. Follow the instructions by loading first page on flatbed scanner, pressing Start Copy button, flipping copied document right-side down onto Tray 1, then continuing process until all pages are duplicated. Lastly confirm copy job is finished with another press of Start Copy (Pages 8-9).
